Cell c bad service

I am still waiting for feedback from cell c regarding a frodulent account opened using my details..I send them the documents 6 days ago to Maropeng,yesterday I got a call from a private number a lady from cell c..she was rude forcing that I have an account with them but when I said no.she just hang up.I also want my money that was charged for unpaid debit order..I'm disappointed in such service
