Cell C bad service

I took out a contract with Cell C in November 5 2015, I contacted the call centre in august 2017 to give notice that I will not be continuing with the contract, I was told by then the agent that I need to give 1 month notice, which I explained that I will not be around to do that and so I would like to do it at that time, this was not accepted.

ever since December I have had numerous fights with Cell C about them continuing to deduct money from my account, this is despite that even the simcard I had from Cell C I had not used for months, meaning I have been paying for devise and had not utilised my data and airtime. Till today Cell C insist on deducting money, they say I have outstanding balance from December, their agents will call me and I as soon as I start to explain they all put phone down as they cannot provide solution, I have written emails to Cell C, I have gone to Westgate mall Cell C branch, I have been tossed from pillar to post. I refuse to pay the amount as I believe my obligation with Cell C was for 24 months, which I have completed and do not owe any amount from that period, the said amount is outside of our contractual agreement.
