Cell C bad service
In April 2022 I went to a Cell C branch in Brits mall to cancel my contract. The agent advised me to make a direct cash deposit to a Nedbank account in order for the funds to reflect immediately which I did. Now a year later they only contact me for an upgrade which I was surprised as I had done all the process to cancel the contract and they tell me that my contract was never cancelled. Now they have handed me to their lawyers for their staff’s incompetence there are the ones that failed to cancel my contract now am liable. Really I’ve always seen bad reviews about Cell C but I never thought something like this would happen to me.

Now I understand why Cell C is rated the lowest of all network providers. This is really not a great service for your customers. I had a query that I thought was resolved but it seems like it was not. How do I get a paid letter but my credit bureau has not yet been updated. This is really frustrating. Please make sure you update my record as this is really inconveniencing and also affecting my credit record
