CELL C - Bad Service

If I could give Cell C a zero I would. I have been a long-standing customer and I have been stranded for a week in a different country. Cell C is useless when it comes to resolving a roaming issue. I took all the steps necessary to walk into a store to ensure that everything was in order for my trip. When I arrived at my destination - nothing worked. With that said it is a mission to try to communicate because you have no means except to beg, borrow someone else's cell phone . I have already spent 55 Euro on calls to them alone with nothing resolved. My daughter walked into Cell C Centurion mall this morning, unhelpful and the manager did not even take her time to come and talk to her personally. She then walked out. Shame on you Cell C - why do you not just close shop.
