Cell C Bad Service

Good Evening I'm so frustrated because of Cell C ,in June I was sent a notice to pay R3890 since my contract is handed to the lawyers I paid that amount July I paid R350 August I paid R850 September they requested me to pay R1711 n my contract was supposed to end in October but the amount I m paying Is too much I went to Maponya mall, Golden walker shopping centre and Southgate Mall Cell c store to find out what's going on buy I was told that the can't see anything because my case is handed to the lawyers I've been sending emails n Calling the Legal Department n they promised to call or send me an email but till today I'm still waiting,I'm not Happy at all I'm stucked n all ive been asking for is a settlement letter
