CELL C bad service

<p>This is my 3rd complain and still i havent received my device!!!!!!! my phone was booked in for repairs on the 22nd of February, and i was told that the process only takes 7-14 days, but i still dont have my device. its been a month and 2 weeks now. and they did not even hesitate to debit the money for the phone and the insurance, the phonethat i did not even use for the whole month. im tired of stories all i need is my device </p>
