Cell C Bad Service

Good day I am very unhappy with the service I received from Cell C again this is a on going problem with them, why do they treat people like we doing them a favour, anyway I am due for a cell hpone upgrade I received an sms stating that I need to visit my branch so I went to Centurion the Sales person was Edwin this was Saturday they could not help me because they said that someone tried to ***** on my account, i went on Monday again and there was allot of stories again it seem like they dont know what they are doing, I then started speaking direct with the Sales Person Edwin he was not helpful at all when i said I am going to send a mail he said go ahead till today still havent receive my phone.<br>
