Cell C bad service
Upgraded contract online at the end of January 2021 on the 14th of February 2021 the i phone 12 mini stopped working reported to the cellc customer service told to take to a cell c shop Took phone in to witbank mall cellc 15 February sent phone for repairs returned end of February still not fixed. Phone customer care said they would fetch phone waited 2 weeks to come fetch phone waited 2 weeks then phoned again said the phone cant be fixed Waiting since end of March its now 15 April exactly 2 months still no phone. Happy to take off the dept order even if you dont have a phone

20 Apr 2021, 13:41Still no joy from cell c on when they will be delivering my i phone 12 mini that worked for 14 days and then just stopoed and im now on day 65 waiting for cellc to fix the problem of being without a phone.
