Cell. C BAD SERVICe

I had a contract with cell.c 4-5 years ago payed up before i canceled it thats the only way i coukd close it is to pay it up front before its closed. Long story short i app**** for a house on the 4th of Feb and i got declined because on my credit score it shows that i owe cell c that same day i went to a Cell. C store to resolve the matter and the consultant phoned and customer care says that nothing reflects on their side however they will foward me a paid up letter and i got reference number aswell ***...Today is the 11th of March and ive been cintacting them since the 4th and nothing has been resolved everytime i phone i have to confirm my e-mail address and contact number and no one is in contact with me everytime i phone i am being told that it would be forwarded to the team leader the one consultant told me that it hasnt even been touched thats very bad service i am not happy...
