Cell C - Bad reception and bad customer service for refunds

Cell C is very quick to debit your account, but when a credit is due, there is ignorance or no helpful assistance. I have cancelled my account with Cell C due to bad reception in February 2023. It has been a frustrating few weeks with their Customer Service to receive the credit back, which was overcharged. The worst company and "non-existant" customer service ever!
