CELL C BAD HORRIBLE SERVICE

Cell C. I have received the worst service from C surance and the repair center firstly sending me the wrong banking details. secondly no one knows where my phone is thirdly the amount of time its taken cell c staff to put my money back in my account after i rejected the quote. Here is the thing, I gave in my phone for repairs weeks later they gave me a quote for R300. Great stuff I got a sms with banking details to pay my excess. So i made a paymen and emailed Proof of payment to them. They responded to my email saying that i put the money into the wrong account and i must please ask my bank to reverse the money and then put the money in the correct account (PLEASE REMEMBER WHO GAVE ME THE INCORRECT BANKING DETAILS) anyhow i went on to email the repair center asking them to transfer my money into c surance so they said they will. 2 days later i phoned Cell C again asking when they will do the transaction only to be told that it will take up to 14 working days to do the payment.(NO BANK TAKES THAT LONG TO RECEIVE MONEY FROM ANOTHER BANK) then they go on to tell me that once the payment has reflected (up to 14 working days) then I must wait up to 14 working days again for it to be fixed??? ALSO REMEMBER MY PHONE WAS THEIR FOR 2 WEEKS ALREADY BEFORE ALL THE STORIES. So still today i have not gotten my money or my phone back after rejecting there quote And i phone in every day and not one person can tell me where my phone is. This is such a disappointment i took my business to Cell c for a reason. Now however i wish i had nothing to do with them.
