Cell C bad for your credit history

Its unfortunate that I would have to go to this extreme to get this resolved but to date I have received no response from Cell C customer service or any one. My account has been closed since December last year. Cell fails to update their records with the Credit Burea. I have many emails complaining about how their payment system works and how I am being listed as a late payer every month even though I pay my account on time. I would really just not want to have any dealings with Cell C ever again. I have a chain of emails to prove I have been struggling with my account reflecting as late payments and now also my: closed account is suddenly reflecting as active again when I look at my credit report. I have lodged this with Experian as well but its up to cell C to respond and send through updated account details. I need this fixed you are messing with my future.
