Cell C bad experience for over a year

I have been complaining to Cell C about my contract which I canceled last year July and have paid up the account.... But they are still going into my account this month I'd even worse.... My bank account is on R429-.... Which I need to pay and I'm unemployed have no way of getting an income..... Have spoken to more than a dozen of people regarding this problem and there has been no resolution.... I'm am tired of Cell C and thier bad service, disrespectful and rude consultants and I competency.... ????
