CELL C BAD ENCOUNTER

I have 2 contract phones which I took out with cell c years back and was unable to continue paying after losing my job. When I got a job dis year I contacted them and they said they dont have any records of my account and never heard anything from them or their collections agency until today when I called again and they transfered me to their Legal department and thats only when the records show up, I want to settle the account and I know with a collections agency I can even get a discount on the total owing and manage to pay it in one single installment but they told me I was never handed over, if I ever was I should keep waiting for the agency which they dont know which and when might call....They were only happy to help give me account details where I could make a direct deposit on. As I have been waiting for 3 years I will continue waiting for that call from their collectors Im so done running after them!
