Cell C bad customer service for Fibre ISP

Cell C is my ISP for fibre on SADV network in silverfields - krugersdorp. Service went off last week saturday. Now almost off for five days. No feedback. Cell C keep saying they do not have a turn around time and no credit will be given. SADV keep saying people is on site and it will be fixed by the evening. Lies to the customer and no feedback. Always have to call for feedback.
