Cell C bad customer service
We have a contract with Cell C and since returning from holiday in January we have experienced bad cell service with no reception and almost all the time emergency calls. I have contacted them numerous times to ask please help and assist us regarding the issue. I do realise that it is not the personnel fault that Cell C in bankrupt but the service from the people in authority that makes the decisions is pathetic. They have never had an issue with our payments but now that we really need their assistance they just don't care. What should we as customers do stop paying then we end up with bad credit review.

28 Feb 2021, 15:25Good day, thank you fir the prompt reply. I have done all the above and went to the shop twice for settings to be changed. Where I live there is no vodacom reception and we had to buy out our contract fir the lack of no cell service and now we are on vodacom towers which does not help us at all as Cell C customers.
