Cell c bad customer service

I took up an upgrade and a new line in December with cell. I received the the wifi router for the upgrade but still haven't received the new line. I have been calling them to find out what's happening to the new line but no one has gotten back to me. I've called in more then 10 times and still nothing. One consultant will tell me I've received the package and when they transfer me to the delivery and follow up department they say package was sent back to cell c . I'm disappointed in the customer service I've received and would never recommend anyone to use cell c......
