Cell C bad customer service

Worst customer service ever. I requested a sim swap. 1st they need security questions answered....after the third time you pass only because the operator can read and write properly. Then after some hours you phone again and realize that you have to phone again a few times until you get a operator than can read and write for you to pass the security check. After passing the security checks and you lucky enough to speak to a competent operator then they tell you that they can see I phoned and requested the sim swap but it was never done......WELL DONE CELL C.......
