CEll C bad customer service

Cell C has such bad customer service! I have spoken to 6 different consultants trying to cancel my Cell C contract- all 6 of them have provided me with different information and I am still not happy with the response or the assistance I have received. I am not even doing an early cancellation- it is now 24 months since I’ve been paying for this contract and I no longer want to continue nor upgrade my contract yet its even difficult to get that kind of assistance! I don’t even want to speak about the consultants that don’t know what they are doing! I have been waiting to receive an email showing the invoices and what I’ve been paying and still have mot received them.
