Cell C Bad Customer Service

I've been trying now for more than 6 weeks to get a Paid Up letter from a Cell C account that has been settle.

I had emailed *** and *** haven't received any feedback from them at all.

It has been a horrible experience and don't recommend Cell C to any person to make use off as a network provider.
