Cell C bad bad service

I am a client of Cell C for over 20 years, i have 9 contracts with them, I have never had my phone suspend through non payment. This month Cell C didn't run my debit order and they cant tell me why. 20 days later they cut my line without any notification. Upon calling them they have a "record on their system" of someone calling me on the 3rd September making an arrangement for a payment - this call never ever happened so it was falsely recorder on the system. after finding out on the 20th the debt order was not run i immediate made the payment and sent pop as requested. its been 5 days now still no re connection. cell c does not care about a good client. they have no person you can speak to who can deal with different issues. firstly for some reason they don't run my debit order than log false calls to me them leave me me with no service after they messed up. completely unexceptionable, but no one cares to sort it out.
