Cell C ...BAD, BAD service

Good Day, I am receiving the worst service ever from Cell C. A week ago i was phoned for an upgrade to my contract to take effect in May (when the current contract ends). I was persuaded to take the upgrade. I thought about it overnight and decided that the upgrade was not going to work for me. I phoned back to cancel it.

I was given a reference number , and promised that the upgrade will be cancelled. I have not received confirmation as yet. I phoned in several times and was transferred across extensions , yet the upgrade has not been cancelled to date:
