CELL C BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THEN EVEN IF YOURE CONTRACT IS FINISHED
Struggled to cancel my contract for 3 months. Cell c debit yours bank account on the wrong dates. Not even on the correct debit order date. Then they list you in areas with the credit bureaus. . I have one contract left and now im struggling to chance that debit order to another bank. Been struggling for 2 monts with that. The consultant's is so rude over the phone . You cant speak to them. Very very poor people skills. They bill me R3018 in October for a contract that has finished in July 8th. Had to pay it otherwise they will list you by the credit bureaus. Will never ever recommend cell c as a service provider for anyone.

10 Oct 2024, 11:03Well are you going to do something about it. Im struggling the hole day with cell c just to change my debit order and banking details . No one is qualified to do it. Worts ever. The people cant even speak probably English on the call center. Its starting to get ridiculous
