Cell c bad bad
I have complained on their recorded line i went to a cell c shop for the same issue i even went to an extend to place my cry here at hello peter yet cell c choose to close their eyes on my issues ,when i was at a store i was told i need to gather proof of my complaint and raise my concern on their call center ,wow why is it hard to solve this

28 Sept 2021, 09:26Am talking about my laptop contract where i only used the sim card and it was no longer working i have been telling any agent i spoken to to fix this but nothing ,and also am registered on itc as a person who owes cell c and u debited me why is that

28 Sept 2021, 09:56The number *** still have two months remaining on contract and matures on the 27/11/2021. To use the number and data, we suggest a SIM swap.
Purchase a new Cell C SIM card that is not RICA registered and let us know once you have it, we will assist.

28 Sept 2021, 10:07Send me your email address i will show you which contract is on itc as unpaid .....Also so if i do a sim swap it will mean i have been paying all this time now i can only use it for 2 months while i have been paying all this time wow cell c
