Cell C

This is by far the most useless cell phone company out there. We have been struggling to change banking details with them since 28 March'2025, and it has been a battle day in and day out. So, we have 6 contracts with Cell C, and all off them is used for business and only one goes off the business account the rest goes off a personal account. So, we asked for this account to be changed from personal to business and it is just not happening. So, the one lady I spoke to told me that a person earning a normal salary is able to pay for a R4000.00 account but the business that has more than a million rand turn over can't afford to pay for the account.

You can't get hold off anyone in the business department as the people in the call center is just saying they can't be contacted we need to wait for them to phone us.

Just a head up as well, we will be closing all accounts with Cell C.
