I've been calling Cell C for about 2 weeks now with a unresolved issue I don't get help they sent me reference numbers that they later say does not exist

03 Oct 2022, 18:23Cell C neglect to deduct a payment from my bank account when I've upgraded one of my contracts Sept 2021 . Instead of contacting me they handed me over to the lawyers . After struggling to find out what they handed me over for this was what I founded out on the end . Which was unnecessary and unpleasant . I did settle it with the lawyers asoon as I found out . It's been 3 weeks now and the issue is still unresolved. I've been transferred back and forth with no one knowing . I've been a customer with cell C for about 12 years and are very disappointed by this because this is also blocking me from upgrading the 2 contracts that's nearly due for upgrades

03 Oct 2022, 19:11No I still did not received the letter from CCS but I did sent the proof of payment to Cell C more than once as a well paid customer with four contracts I found this unprofessional and unfair . Towards me as Customer with an very good credit record
