On the 17 novemver 2021 i booked my phone in at cellc zenthwatch mall for repairs i called the repair centre to get a quote.. I called them to or three time to get a qoute cause they had technical difficulties.. I eventually got the qoute payed the excess... I went to the store several times to check if my phone has arrived but with no luck.. I then received a message saying my phone has been dispatch on the 30th on December.. Again today i called asked if my phone has arrived already but still nothing.. Then the consultant from zenthwatch mall cellc store told me to call the insurance repair centre and ask whats happening to my phone and i did.. Called the centre and they put me on hold for about a whole 20 to 30min long only to find out that my phone was send back to the store without being repaired... Ontop of that the consultant from the repair centre put me on hold while shes calling the store the tells me that i should go to the store so that they can rebook my phone.. Then when i get to the store theres no phone so i cant rebook the phone...
