Cell C

Ive had it with the bad service at Cell Cs customer care. Staff are very rude. Please give them a course on how to work with the public. I bought 3gb data for R99 on Sunday 10 Oct. I was cheated by receiving 500mb. ***? Now i try to find out whats going on and all i get is that another department is working on the problem. I only use my banking app to top up my data. Now im told not to use my banking app for data. Again ***? Why do i have a banking app if im not allowed to use it. Cell C must catch a wake up. Im fed up.
