Cell c

I contacted cell c on the 20/11/2019 to request a settlement amount and cancel my contract with them,I did pay on the very same day the given settlement amount R920&was told to call after 24hours to confirm if they received the amount

After 24 hours I did call and they never picked up,kept on calling with no luck,today they are telling me I did not call and I have to pay another settlement amount to cancel.

They do it deliberately to never pick up calls after paying the settlement amount so that they can continue loading data and say you did not call.I will never recommend this network to anyone.
