Cell c authorized debit
They keep debiting me with authorization. Even though I have contracted then and canceled my contract paid in full and got confirmation from cell c customer care argent that I won't get debited but I still am. The store and call centre no help. They keep changing there reference and debit me without authority.

20 May 2020, 15:04Hi cell c still fails to resolve the issue. I told them go check the call recordings and come back to me as they fail to provide me with it so that I ca prove to them that I was told by a cell c agent that I will not be debited. They say my contract is open line yet for the last 24months I wasnt allowed to make calls when my minutes were finished I had to top up witch I have the proof.
I will no long waste my time with cell c being a customer for more than 15 years without any late payments. I will move to another service provider and tell everyone in my company to move to the new service provider I am dealing with as cell c doesn't appreciate my choice of dealing with them. I'll take my busines somewhere else where I cant get rob.

20 May 2020, 15:09Now looking at the reviews of cell c i know my issue wont be resolved and that this is happening to other people as well it is clear that cell c is extremely bad and there service is the worst from all other network providers. I am differently changing to another service provider.
