Cell C at its worse! Nobody should use this network.

Cell C has me blacklisted for an account that was settled more than 7 years ago. I only recently found out when attempting to apply for a contract and was then told that my name is blacklisted. I have been on calls back and forth, on hold for 15 mins and the call then cuts off. I have sent emails and got no response. I have been to a store in Musgrave centre and was told by a consultant that she can't assist me with This and it can only be done telepathically. How does an issue like this get resolved telephonically when no one ****** answers the call??? This bull****. This is not the kind of service we pay for. Pathetic!!!
