Cell C at it again with their ******** modus operandi

<p>I was called by an agent in April for a R99/m wi fi deal i was very clear i do not want to pay more and she advised me to call customer service to cap the usage which i did 2 days after i got the device but guese what when the deductions came it was not caped i called them again Amanda activated it then since then i have been struggling to get a decision making person who is going to tell what is going to happen to the months i have been billed whilst the device was off they are even failling to pull their own recording to listen to the original agreement mind i always take the initiative to call themas they fail dismally to give feedback on anything the only thing they are good at is sending threatning letters and the Sherice girl at their collection dept is just plain rude the Cebisile one called more than a month ago and promised to follow it up till now am still waiting, how difficult can it be to pull recordings and settle this matter i have spoken to more than 10 people and they all failed but are quick to demand payement</p>
