Cell C at it again, trying to cheat customers for undue payments

Can somebody at Cell C please advise as to why my account has been handed over for collections? I chose not to renew my contract at the end of the term and I received statements confirming my account is in a zero balance. Now I have collections company calling me at 7am, for what cell c???
