Cell C At it Again. One step forward 2 steps backwards.
Cellc Fixed the problem.... But this only lasted for a day. I agreed to have a 50GB data loaded to a new sim number 084 a new number which they provided and it only worked for a day.
My 062 number was not able to receive calls nor make any. They fixed this issue but it only lasted a day also. Now the 50GB data only sim was transferred back to my 062 number (how and why, I have no idea) and now I can't make or receive calls.
It seems Hello Peter is the only platform I can get Cell C to call and rectify their mistakes.
My 062 number is again back to being a data only sim instead of the new 084 number they provided me with. I need my 062 number to receive and make calls. And for the 50GB night and 50GB day data on the new 084 number.
I have been experiencing this issue since end January 2021 it is 17 March 2021 today....
Cell C what is going on? You gave me a reference number on 12 March 2021 and to date no one has called to resolve my query.

Thanks to Thabisile from social media, she was so helpful and explained why my 062 number could not make or receive calls. Her assistance was impeccable, and she even went the extra mile to ensure my problem was fixed she called after assisting me (follow up game on point).
