CELL C AT IT AGAIN< DAY 16> ( query still not resolved)

i want to know what is the story with incidents that does not get sorted, this is day 16(Sixteen) i have forwarded all my emails as well as the tax invoice to speed up the investigation. I was promised by Morepeng that he will call me on Friday, 13th, but i have not received any calls besides the email for the change of payment method. i also ask for someone to assist, i would like to cancel my contract as soon as possible. You guys don't deserve any ratings!!!
