CELL C AT IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>let me start of by saying that it has now been 4 consecutive months of horrible serive, disgusting attitude and here comes the end of the month and my query from 4 months ago has still not been resolved. I mean correct me if i am wrong here but does it really take a company 4 months to resolve a query with a customer?? a now very unhappy irrate customer!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I recieved a call from Cell C on the 10th of May 2017 informing me that the additional amount (mind you CELL C charged me double my debit order for some prorata amount ) was going to be credited to my account because they consultant who intially sold me the contract did not inform me of a prorata amount that i would need to pay. The consultant informed me that Cell C will send me an SMS confirming this. Weeks have went past and yet again no correspondence from CELL C but if you are a CELL C customer you should be used to this pathetic service. I decided that i will call CELL C today and find out whats going on. I spoke to an extremly rude consultant named Thandiwe who informed me that there are NO notes on my account of a credit to my Cellphone account now i have a few problems with this :</p> <p> </p> <p>* The CELL C consultant who called me on the 10th of May **** about my credit to my account?? maybe to just get me off there back perhaps?</p> <p>*I PAY CELL C a service fee every single month for the past 3 years however CELL C never ever provided me with satisfactory service, so this would mean that the service fee i pay them is just to make them rich while they sit and do nothing the whole day - YAY FOR CELL C.</p> <p>* CELL C is just *********** in actually providing the service they claim they can provide - by wary of this when you decide to sign up with them they actually South Africa most terrible serice provide, to take 4 months to close a case, CELL C you most certainly deserve that name!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now sitting in a predicament and wondering whether CELL C will debit my account for more than they need to like every other month. I strongly believe that they wait until the last day of the month to infrom me that my query has actually not been resolves just so that they can ***** from my account and give me a run around to actually get that money back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremly disappointed and so annoyed with the level of service that I have recieved from CELL C. I actually just want out of this contract but despite the bad service that CELL C has provided me over the past four months, one would think that they would just let me go my own way and cancel my account with no additional charges but offcourse not, for CELL C to not get something out of a deal is not how " CELL C ROLLS". Over the past months CELL C has done nothing but:</p> <p> </p> <p>*put me in a horrible mode every single time i speak to a CELL C constultant</p> <p>*Stress me out by putting me in additional expenses every month because they cant do there job properly</p> <p>*upset me because i never can get positive feedback from a CELL C conultant</p> <p> </p> <p>Arent you supposed to get good service from a service provide that you pay on a monthly basis is that not how it works these days, when a service provider does nothing but cause extra stress and turmoil in your life and one sits with a unresolved query for 4 months surely that should provide the service provider enough of grounds to allow me to leave this contract amicably ?? afterall the only reason why i wish to leave is because of the run around CELL C has given me, so i am not at fualt here CELL C has actually breached the terms and conditions of the contrct but try telling them that,!! seems like i am cursed into this evil contract and there is no way out!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>to all the customers out there looking for a service provider STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!!!!!!! rather go down the route of VODACOM OR MTN i never really had a problem with them, querys was resolved in no time to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>As for me i woll count the days and hours until i can finally release myself from this "JAIL -LIKE" contract while CELL C and consultant like Thandiwe continue to provide me with such horrible service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
