cell c at it again

2 month ago i handed in my iphone 4 for repair(charging faulty) at cell c ilanga mall 2 weeks later i got a reply from their service centre saying that my phone fon cant be repaired and i have to buy a new 1 for 5400(on top of the contract instalment that im currently paying).since its out of warant.(skhumbuzo told me is 6 monts warrant while khanyisile fakude(complain coordinate) say its 12 months(since it expires last year january and i bought the fon january 2014.different warrant from different staff,but one company.then on thurday(23th) i handed it to ifix quess what.my fon was fixed within ten minutes and it cost me less than R500 to repaired it and now its working properly.i will never,never renew my contract with cell c again .never.you guys are trying to rip me off.how can you say the fon is not repairable while it took ifix less than ten minutes to fix it.why?you are only looking after your profit.not us the customers.im not suprised by the number of people who are complaining here at hellopeter.<br> <br> john ***
