Cell C at it again:

Cell C has done it again: After my last escapade with Cell C in 2020, where they took another final amount of R217.50 from my account, according to them all was sorted and there will never be any charges to my account, because I said never to send me any specials or bundles or any adds regarding a Cell C account, and that I will never buy another thing from Cell C... IT'S JUST HAPPENED AGAIN..... I've just received an sms from Cell C as follows... " Your Cell C acc **********82 is overdue Pay R 262.30 immediately to prevent costs & a negative credit reflection. SSDA **********" I have not given any permission for any costs / debits to my Cell C account in any way or form... If they show proof of them receiving any type of order from me, (it has been manipulated to seem so). Not only is Cell C trying to ****** money from me, they are also threatening to blacken my name at the Credit Bureau if I don't entertain their ****.

Cell C is behaving as Cell C does, ******ing money at any turn. After +- 18 months they are now demanding R 277.69 from me they say I owe, followed by threats of contacting the credit bureau. They have never once tried to call me to sort out the problem, I called them whereby I was told they needed to relook at the claim and would get back to me, still waiting. You just need to look at all the complaints aimed at Cell C to question their ethics. If the money was owed legitimately, Why wouldn't I pay it... it was only R 217.50 which I see now has been escalated to R 277.69. "Message to all, deal with Cell C if you want but be warned, there are many, many of us out here who regret ever even contacting them in the first place".
