Cell C assisting in theft of customers

Cell C is billing me for content services which i did not sign up for on behalf of a another company. When informed about it the rude call centre agent informed me that i subscribed to it and this external company will have to refund me when Cell C took my money in the first place. Day light ******* powered by Cell C

Cell C is not assisting with any theft, dial *133*1# to block all existing and future content billing.

We will also get someone to contact you and assist with this matter.
