Cell C are you listening

For the first time in my life I wasn't able to pay my debit orders. I gave up a corporate job to start a Non-Profit Organisation in youth development. Rewarding but it doesn't pay. I called all my creditors to make arrangements. I contacted Cell C 5 or 6 times to explain and find out what could be done. Consultants were extremely unhelpfully and unsympathetic. They also claim there's no reference numbers. Firstly I had to go into arrears first for they to help me... So Im charged the debit order return fee plus the Cell C penalty.... Uhm I can't afford the normal amount but I must pay the extras. So I phone again... My installment is too small to qualify for an arrangement.... Someone could of told me that the first time. But I can give a promise to pay however that doesn't mean they won't suspend my line in any case. And they debit my account on the usual date even if my "promise to pay" is after that date. Right so now my line is suspended and I wasted all that time trying to do the right thing. So a payment arrangement with Cell C means absolutely nothing.... And of course they call every day to find out when i'll pay.... They're clearly not listening. I do however thank Ntokozo who was the only person to try and assist after I spoke to half of Cell C

Wow Cell C what a wasted phone call. The consultant contacted me to tell me exactly the same thing.... There's nothing they can do to help but I can " promise to pay". Once again my promise to pay was not on the system .... What a surprise. She offered to put me through to yet another consultant to record it on the system cos she couldn't trust what was said. I have 2 contracts 1 which was month to month and I cancelled it before I run out of money but I didn't know it's an arrear payment so I owed 1 more month. This is the number for my non-profit organization so it's really important. My request to Cell C was if I settled this account would they unblock it and I'd pay the other the 4th Nov.... Of course the answer was no. According to the consultant all other providers have the same unhelpful process. Please bare in mind only 1 installment was not paid. Vodacom at least stopped my debit order and made me a cash client so I could avoid the bank charges. I informed the consultant of this and she basically imp**** I'm a ****. As promised I brought my accounts up to date. I went to the the branch where the service is much better. Even the branch consultants are not impressed with their telephonic counterparties. My intention is to fully pay up my accounts and switch to prepaid .... I hope never to pick up a phone to hear the voice of another rude, unprofessional, uninterested Cell C consultant again. Never will I enter another Cell C contract again.
