Cell C are USELESS!

As a follow up to my review posted on the 1st June 2021 complaining about the lack interest on the part of Cell C to cancel the Get More Service, I did however receive a follow up sms saying that the query has been escalated blah blah blah and "an agent will be in-contact to assist further" more useless case numbers & reference numbers have been issued on top the one's I already have. SO, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND STILL NO ONE FROM CELL C HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE. ANOTHER USELESS EFFORT ON YOUR PART CELL C. TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST. HOPEFULLY THE NEXT RECOURSE IS THE OMBUDMAN AS YOUR STAFF ARE TOO USELSS TO MAKE A CALL AND CANCEL A SERVICE I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!
