CELL C ARE USELESS
Service via the Contact Centre is ********** to say the least. I have been trying for close to 2 weeks to downgrade by contract, I keep being told that a case has been opened and that someone from Cell C will contact me. Today I was told to go to my nearest Cell C store .... which is over 160 km away to sort out the problem. I can understand why Cell C as a company is in such a mess Advice ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ... THEY ARE ***********.
