Cell C are *******, They are still debitting me!

I am utterly disgusted with Cell C.<br> I had joined their network over 2 years ago and had the worst reception in this country! I waited patiently for the contract to end and when it did end, I got a reference number for call where the lady says my last debit on 28/09/2015. She confirmed that if I used the minutes pass 07/10/2015 - they will be an extra charge!<br> I had 400 minutes, 3 gbs of data every month rolling forward - I even took snapshots of when I logged into Cell C website to prove that my usage was within limits.<br> On 28/09/2015 - I had additional usage charged at R15.4.<br> If my contract ends on 07/10/2015? surely the debit would be pro-rata'd? for 7 days only! <br> <br> They debitted the full amount of R423? Surely this is a mistake, as the lady on the call with Ref # number confirmed I would not be debitted are the 7th of October 2015!<br> <br> Thank you Cell C,... you truly know how to lose customers and never get them back.<br> At least do ONE good thing and let me go, why ***** my hard earned money after giving me TWO MISERABLE years with your network!
