Cell C are *******, second complaint and still nothing happening!!

As per my previous review, there was a ********** contract taken out in my name with Cell C and 2 payments were taken. And I reported the contract once the first payment was taken. I cooperated with all of the procedures and a debit order was still taken out of my account. This Account has been flagged as ********** now but I still haven't received my refund I have been more than patient, I've sent through bank statements and tried to be patient but this is ridiculous!! You have no reason to keep my money!! I want my money bac****!!!!!
