Cell C are *******!!! Never buy any of the Cell C branded routers!!!

<p>I got a Cell C RTL30VW router not more than 2 weeks ago and the router worked fine for a week and with no warning or anything done to it the router just stopped working. I called in and I was directed to the Technical department. I swear to you some of the Technical staff there no nothing technical expect reading from a script. </p> <p> </p> <p>However, when I called in to the technical department 4 times and getting nowhere slowly. I figured something strange, these guys knew that this router has problems but them being the ******* they are they don't take it off the market rather they sell it to many people and when you have the router and it stops working, they will continue to loot money from your account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even went in to one of the Cell C stores and the option they gave me is to take the router in for 21 working days (1 month) and even though I won't be using it they will still loot money from my account. I find this very very very wrong. What happened to great service, I will pay gladly if I have something that works. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is why Cell C shares have been branded as junk and if they don't do anything about it, the share price will contnue in the direction they are going. RIP Cell C!!!!!</p>
