Cell C are *******.

CELL C Are ******* ! In July 2020 Cell C offered me a 100gb top up contract for R598.90. I took it, to start on October 2020. The agent decided to give herself extra commission and logged my contract with immediate effect. Against my word. From August 2020 Cell C has been debiting my account for over R2000 when my contracts with them only equal to R755 including insurance! I opened a case on the 17th August 2020 and had to follow up multiple times to check on the progress of the investigation, NO ONE ever calls the customer. In September 2020 I was told that I cannot cancel the contract or stop payments because my account will go into arrears and that I should wait for it to end then they will refund my money.. It's November 2020, the contract ended in October 2020, I have not received my money back. I was told I have to apply for my refund! When I call the retention and customer service numbers they have no record of any case regarding all the money Cell C has been *******LY taking from me! Un-freaken-believable! They have put my account into over draft and I'm paying interest on my bank account and these ****s don't want to give me back the money the STOLE from me! Cell C owes me over R4000 over the last 3 months!
