Cell C are *******! Cancelled contract yet still taking my money !
I canceled my fibre contract In March 2021 This was confirmed via email and the ticket was closed . I got confirmation that the contract is cancelled.
Yet it’s October 2021 and here we are again with Cell C *****ing my money from my account . This is *****!!! Every month I battle with the same problem. And no one can seem to figure out why I keep getting debited as they all tell me that my contract has been cancelled. Everyone at Cell C is completely useless
It costs my money everytime I have to get it reversed from my bank and I’m so sick and tired of you guys *****ing from me and then me having to throw my money away to get this ****** transaction reversed !
