Cell c are ******* and they have no coverage..

I live in a Alberton smack bang in the center of thing and my phone never has signal for calling nore does my internet connection work properly or erver. Also my data and airtime seem to be disappearing even though I hardly use it. I have to go stand in the driveway to get any coverage and it’s not like isn’t there’s not a tower I can see it from my hous only two blocks away, I have tried to query this and have been met with the most rude and highly rude attitudes, like they don’t wanna help me and just waist time.. apparently there is no way to get into contact with them to make a complaint so here we are hello Pieter, one star is far to high for the level of service I receive from them but seeing that this is my only opinion... also I have seen many people complain on social midia about the same thing about data and airtime disappearing please could some one follow this up, and cell c data is terribly expensive 149zra for one gig one of the highest rates in the world compared to a country like India who Only pays 11zra can they not do something about that and make the internet accessible to all and not to just a privilege few...
