Cell c are ******* ***

Cell c is the worst company to deal with. I had taken a contract with them 2019 R299 x24 months. & 1st they insured the phone when my phone was ****** it I was told it's not insured. Secondly when they calledonthe (20april 2021) to upgrade my contract they didn't honour the update date(14july2021).3rdly when I asked them to reverse the upgrde they put me on a different package which I was charged for (migration fees) like it was fault. 4th last month I paid R980.00 which I queried and I was told my case has been "escalated " 5th.this month they took R1122.38.after I had cancelled my contract. Only God knows how much they will take this month. My debit orders had to be paid manually because of cell c. This all started 20 April till today I don't have any sensible answers. I would recommend any person to Cell C not even my EX

So for 5 months I've paying for a lost phone which I did not dispute. I have called countless times to cell c with regards to the packages and debit orders and I still have no answer till today. Instead you telling me of insurance. What about the money you stole which was not agreed nor on our contract

Hi good Day. Will that be soon or should i wait another month to be told my case was escalated? today is the day 3rd day and no one has bothered to call me. what disgraceful service.
