Cell C ARE *******!

Cell C are *******! We have just received a call from Nqobile from Cell C informing us that they will deduct a further R70 from my husbands accout fter we received the following confirmation of cancellation e-mail dated 26 April 2019. After a heated argument where I made it clear that they cannot deduct any more funds for a contract that is supposedly cancelled, Nqobile adamantly insisted that the debt order will go off for penalty fees, as we did only pay the March fee in April. This to my understanding cannot be allowed to happen, as the account is paid in full. It seems that Cell C will go above and beyond to not cancel contracts and still keep on taking money from customers.

We sincerely hope that you would reconsider your decision to cancel and consider future deals to further enjoy Cell C benefits. Your contract will be cancelled on the 28 April 2019 as we require thirty days’ notice . The last bill will be in April 2019. Also note that the unused benefits will be forfeited however, you can contact us to change the date to allow yourself time to use the benefits as you will get full benefits for the month and be billed for in full.
